Production Set Cleaning
Film Set Cleaning is Cardiff, South Wales and the South West. Commercial Cleaning, Covid Cleaning, Location Cleaning, Bio-Misting and House Rental Cleaning on behalf of TV Production Company – Eleven Film (Starco TV) Netflix Series. Short term cleaning contract – 8 months.
Berry delivered Eleven Film with a team of 10 conscientious individuals who seamlessly undertook all the cleaning tasks required on the large grounds of the old Caerleon University Campus in Newport.
350hrs a week, Mon-Fri from 6am-8pm.
Overview
Duties covered a variety of areas from production offices, Art Studios, Costume Design Warehouses, Production Sets, large food marquees, porta cabins, porta loos, caravans, bio-misting vehicles & basic gardening.
Berry also managed the waste requirements for the site and provided delivery of any consumables.
Additional to the fixed 60hrs daily cleaning on the main campus, Berry also provided Covid cleaners to go out with the filming crew to locations all over Wales and the south west, as and when required and organise accommodation and company vehicles for them. This often required late night working and often we would only get 24hrs notice to organise
a separate team, whilst there would always be up to 5 locations all running at the same time alongside the main campus.
Berry also provided a weekly high end clean of all the temporary rentals the crew and actors had dotted around Newport, Cardiff and the south west on an ongoing basis.
Berry provided the linen and all requested items from the crew.
